It's a good property at an ideal location to explore Mt Bromo. The room is of decent size though washroom needs some upgrade. It was clean with a nice balcony. The hospitality is good and they were helpful enough to book Mount Bromo sunrise tour even though we checked in late at 8pm and booked our cab for the airport also next morning. All at fair prices. Resturant is good enough, though last order is at 9/9:30.

Very nice location and breakfast, staff kind and friendly. WiFi was working very well and they allow check out at 12 am, which allowed us to visit bromo and come back for a shower, breakfast and to pick up our bag packs.

The resort is one of the better accommodation options in CemoroLawang (most other places are homestays), so if you are coming to Mt Bromo and want to linger around the town for a little longer, Jiwa Jawa is probably the best choice. The resort has a large garden and also an art gallery with photos taken by local photographers about Mt Bromo. It is some distance away to the entrance of the volcano, but any jeep can pick you up at the resort and send you to the volcano to see the sunrise. The room is generally clean, and they provide room service everyday. There’s also a restaurant on the opposite side of the resort (called Belanga) and the food there is really nice! Definitely one of the better Indonesian dishes I have tried (recommend Rawon Bromo which is a beef stew/soup). The rate comes with a complimentary breakfast which is mostly local options (which is the one I would recommend) and some continental options as well. The breakfast is served until 10am so you can still enjoy it after the sunrise trip in the early morning. Love the food there!

The staff at Jiwa Jawa are all very friendly and helpful and they kindly gave us an upgrade this trip. The room they gave us was fabulous and we were really thrilled with the size and location. The restaurant is also fantastic. Food is great and restaurant staff very professional.

The rooms are nice and comfortable with a stunning views. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast I can mark 9 out of 10. Location is the best if you'd like to enjoy the volcanoes trips.
